Troubleshooting
Can't Connect?
Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 14.5 or later, Bluetooth is enabled, and you're signed into iCloud. Try restarting your iPhone and SkyTag.
Not Finding Location?
Check that your SkyTag is within Bluetooth range (about 30 feet). If lost, the network will help locate it when another device passes nearby.
Battery Issues?
SkyTag uses a standard CR2032 battery that lasts about a year. Replace it when you see a low battery notification in the Find My app.
